Lindsay & Glynn’s wedding was a combination of hill country elegance, mixed with Irish culture. Friends & family from all over the world came to Fredericksburg, Texas to celebrate the union of Lindsay & Glynn.
I cannot even describe how BEAUTIFUL their wedding was. Elegant, chic, a little bit of country & a whole lot of FUN!
Glynn is originally from Ireland, so of course, with friends & family flying to Texas for the first time – an epic day had to be planned. Let me tell you, their day was INCREDIBLE.
Lindsay wanted to plan a daddy/daughter first look. She’s very close to her father, so of course we had to make that happen. She also wanted to do a first look with Glynn!
They really wanted to take advantage of cocktail hour before heading inside to their reception & they wanted to spend time with all of their friends & family. I LOVED that. We were able to take care of ALL of their photos before their ceremony. After their ceremony, we took a few more of just the two of them & it was party time for the rest of the evening!
It was a PARTY indeed, at the end of the night, the entire bridal party jumped into the pool, led by the Bride & Groom!!
Here are few of my favorite photos from their day. It’s so hard not to over share. I’ve had the most incredible weddings this year!
Lindsay wore her grandmother’s rings on a necklace. I love sentimental details like that.
How cute are Lindsay’s reception boots?
Little sentimental gifts to her two nieces/flower girls, Ivy Rose & Emmylou. Seriously, the most adorable little girls!
Time to get ready!
Glynn, getting ready for his first look with Lindsay …
Lindsay brought along her little fur baby. So cute!
Lindsay’s bridesmaids hadn’t seen Lindsay’s dress yet, so a first look was a must! I loved their expressions when Lindsay came outside!
Sweet moment with her girls …
First look with daddy is next!
Lindsay is very close to her father, these photos just warm my heart!
Ah! I love first looks! I always end up tearing up. It’s such a great way to, 1. calm the nerves. 2. extend your wedding day. 3. have alone time before the ceremony. 4. hug, kiss, talk, and time for more pictures!!!
All Glynn could say was, “you look absolutely stunning”.
A little twirl for her husband to be!
Right after their first look, we got right into bride & groom portraits!
Since we were right on time with our wedding day timeline, we went straight to bridal party photos!
Showing off their Texas socks!
After working with the bridal party, we noticed we had a good 30 mins to spare, so we jumped right into family formals. Thinking back, I am SO HAPPY, we were able to take all of these beautiful photos before the ceremony. After their ceremony, they were able to truly enjoy cocktail hour & greet their guests. We were able to take so many great photos, all because of a very well planned wedding day timeline!
Ceremony time …
Isn’t Trois Estate beautiful? It really doesn’t feel like you are in Texas when you are there. It’s such a unique place. I hope to return soon!
That smile Lindsay!
I’m not crying, you’re crying. Okay, I’m crying! Gosh, I just LOVE this photo!
I love how Glynn can’t take his eyes away from Lindsay. So sweet.
YAY! Mr. & Mrs. Reid!
Cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony, was a hit!
As the guests made their way to the reception, Lindsay & Glynn stayed for more photos!
love love love
That feeling you get, when it’s finally PARTY TIME!!!
The reception details were beautiful. I loved the mix between the flowers & the succulents.
No, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you. Yes, that’s an actual lion. That’s what makes Trois Estate so fascinating.
After being introduced, the toasts began.
Glynn’s groomsmen surprised Glynn with a video! The video featured friends from Ireland who couldn’t make the trip to Texas for the wedding! So thoughtful!
Lindsay’s sister gave a beautiful speech.
Glynn also made a wonderful speech, thanking friends & family.
Of course, given that Trois Estate overlooks Enchanted Rock, sunset portraits were a must!
Yup. Glad we went out 🙂 This photo had me pretty speechless & yes, that sunset is real!
Back inside for C A K E!
Let me tell y’all something about Lindsay & Glynn’s wedding reception. I could not stop smiling! Their friends & family sure knew how to dance!
Last song of the night …
Doesn’t mean that the party stopped though!
Yes. Lindsay & Glynn jumped into the pool at the end of the night!
and so did the ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY!
Such a blast!
Thank you Lindsay & Glynn for choosing me to photograph your special day. I am beyond grateful. I appreciate the two of you & your wonderful families.
