Nestled in between tall trees & beautiful wild flowers, is a wedding venue known as Bentwood Texas. Georgetown is such a unique & charming town. About 2 hours away from San Antonio, it is well worth the drive. It was my first time photographing a wedding at Bentwood & I can’t wait to go back! I loved working with Cindy & Robert. They are such a wonderful couple. Their wedding day was absolutely gorgeous & the weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony & reception. There were so many touching & unique details that filled their wedding day. From Cindy giving her parents unique & loving gifts to Cindy & Robert’s first look before their ceremony, & beautiful moments in between. Too many to write all down & yet, captured in photographs forever.
Take a look at their wedding day. I know you’ll love it as much as I do.
Let’s start with the bridal details. Bridal details can include anything & everything from your wedding day perfume, your shoes, veil, rings, bouquet, invitations, gifts, anything sentimental that is important. I always ask my brides to include them in their bridal details. It really helps to bring the entire day together.
Cindy had gifts set aside for her parents & I’m so happy asked for me to capture them. Yes, that’s baby Cindy with her mama. How beautiful is that? The gift for her dad, were daddy/daughter photos of the two of them together, when she was a little girl.
& of course, we can’t forget the gift to her groom. Ready for their first look!
Moving on to the bridal suite, which was filled with natural light…
Loving that smile from grandma.
We heard Robert had arrived, so I headed outside to give him his gift from Cindy/photograph his reaction of course!
Time to get ready!
I thought this was a really sweet daddy/daughter first look. Daddy decided to come in a little earlier to help his little girl get ready. A first for a cupcake bride, but I really loved it! It actually gave dad a little bit more time with his daughter, before the ceremony.
Time for the mom & dad gifts.
They loved them! Cue the waterworks for all of us in the room!!
Cindy & Robert really wanted to do a first look, so we made sure to fit this in right before the ceremony were to begin. It gave them the chance to see each other, give each other a big hug & even talk for a little bit. I thought that was so incredibly sweet. Here are two perspectives from myself (color) & my 2nd shooter, Jennifer (b&w).
Hugs for days! I love how he just scoops her up! So cute.
Ready to get married y’all! Look at this beautiful ceremony site. Absolutely gorgeous.

So gorgeous! I would love to see this on a canvas.
Those in between glances.
This is what I loved about Bentwood. There were so many pretty photo areas. It was windy, but it was gorgeous!
I can’t stop looking at this photo. There is just something about it.
This is another photo that I found captivated. I couldn’t decide if I should give them black & white or a color version, I decided to give them both. I love both of them equally.
Their reception was so sweet. Loved everything about it.
Loving these family style tables.
Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Rivera!
Time to party!
The sunset was so pretty & the light was amazing. I had to take advantage of that soft pink light. I asked Robert & Cindy to step away for just a few photos. I’m so happy they did.
This photo. Looks so dreamy! Love it.
Thank you Cindy & Robert for a beautiful day. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with the two of you & your families. I wish you a lifetime of love & happiness.
